País Imaginário (2005)

The monologue explored my personal vision of the political social-contract and national identity. I have also performed, proposing the fundamental aesthetic issues: artificiality through immobility, performer's presence and interacting through fake eyes, painted over the eyebrows, like the living statues in the street. This image synthesized readings on E.G.Craig and Kantor.
